1. I first teaser poster have leaked out regarding the Castlevania Netflix series, and the poster is displayed below. I can’t say that I have played a lot of castlevania games in my days per say but Netflix has a good repertoire of amazing series such as Daredevil and Marco Polo so a videogame series adaptation sounds really interesting and exciting. No official release date for the series has not yet been announced but it will be released this year.

2. This spring a new DLC for the highly praised Resident Evil VII: Biohazard will be released. The main protagonist this time is the iconic resident evil character Chris Redfield and in this DLC you will follow his story and perspective on the virus outbreak though no major plot points have yet been released only rumors that it will give the player new locations to discover.
3.The upcoming Batman movie simply called “The Batman” have finally found its director. It is Matt Reeves that will tackle Ben Affleck’s caped crusader. Reeves earlier movie works has been Dawn of the planet of the apes and also one of my guilty movie pleasures Cloverfield. This could be a quite interesting adaptation as Reeves has a darker take and atmosphere in his movies so to take care of Batman with a dark tone sounds like a perfect match.
4.Harvest Moon 64 has been released on the Wii U virtual console on the 23rd of February. Europe never got to experience the title as it only had releases in Japan and the United States. So if you own a Wii U now is the time to check this game out.
5.The movie ceremony of all ceremonies, The 89th academy awards are going to be live and broadcasted between Sunday and Monday CET and I’m planning on staying up and watch the ceremony and give my thoughts and reflections on the gala itself as well as some of the winners. So stay tuned for that.
That’s it for this week’s news.
Hope you enjoyed reading and as always,
have a great weekend!
